Joseph H. Mulligan,

Esq.
Joe has worked for corporations, small business, and individuals during eight years of private practice in Southwest Ohio. He has advised and represented clients in employment law matters, wage and hour/overtime claims, landlord-tenant, real estate, personal injury, business litigation, probate and trust administration and litigation (including will contests), and business transactions
Joe graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law.
Team Module-Gary

Gary H. Kaup,

Esq.
Gary has worked in private practice in Southwest Ohio for more than four decades. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School. He began his legal career as an assistant Butler County Prosecuting Attorney. He has worked in the areas of civil litigation, business law, and criminal law. Gary was previously assigned as acting judge for the Middletown Municipal Court.
